Each event reports four separate figures, so every number on this page stays clear and free of double counting.

What is VIVAVITA Worldwide?

VIVAVITA Worldwide is the international expo, conference and festival series of the APEX Ecosystem. Since 2010 we have organized events with local experts and global partners, in five-star hotels, convention centres and multi-venue formats.

Does this page show every event since 2010?

No. This page presents selected highlights of completed events. 2026 is shown in detail; earlier years appear as an overview. Upcoming events are on the global calendar at vivavitaexpos.com/calendar.

How does a VIVAVITA edition run?

Most editions run Thursday to Sunday. Every morning from 09:00 to 12:00 there are masterclasses and seminars, and from 12:00 to 18:00 the expo is open. Thursday and Friday are B2B days; Saturday and Sunday focus on the public festival.

How do I book an exhibition booth?

See the exhibitor information at vivavitaexpos.com/exhibitor and book through the Exhibitor Hub at abc-worldwide.com/exhibitor. Most booths are 6 × 6 ft, with fewer 8 × 8, 10 × 10 and larger spaces. Booking 3, 6 or 9 booths includes 1, 2 or 3 additional booths free.

Do exhibitors get speaking time on stage?

Yes. Every exhibitor receives a stage speaking slot, and speaking time grows with the booked booth size: 15 minutes for showcase tables and smaller booths, 30 minutes for 10 × 10 and 10 × 20, 45 minutes for 20 × 20 and islands, and 60 minutes for pavilions.

What are the nine pavilions?
