Exhibitor FAQ

Everything exhibitors ask about the worldwide series, from booking a stand to show days. Companies from every country are welcome at every edition.

General

What is Future Travel World™?

An international travel and experience show held as a worldwide series. Every edition runs four days, Thursday to Sunday, and brings destinations, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour organisers, golf, wellness and biohacking travel, travel technology and travel real estate together with the travel trade and the public.

Who can exhibit?

Companies from every country are welcome at every edition, wherever it is held: tourism boards, destinations, hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, travel agencies, wellness and golf resorts, biohacking and longevity retreats, travel technology companies, experience providers, property developers and travel startups.

Where and when do the editions take place?

All cities, dates and venues of the worldwide series are on the calendar. The calendar is updated every year.

Who visits the show?

Thursday is the B2B Travel Market for hosted buyers, travel agents, tour operators, MICE and corporate travel buyers, hotel groups, investors and media. Friday to Sunday welcome the public together with the trade: Friday is Project Day, Saturday is Tours & Jobs Day, Sunday is Offers Day.

Can I exhibit in several cities?

Yes. One booking process covers every edition of the series. Tell us the cities you are interested in through the request form and our team will propose a series plan.

Booking & stand types

How do I book a stand?

Book online at abc-worldwide.com/exhibitor. Choose your edition, your stand type and complete the booking; our team confirms your space by email.

Which stand types are available?

The range runs from the 6 ft showcase table through compact, small, medium and standard booths to premium inline booths, corner booths, islands and brand pavilions, including custom-built pavilions. All current options are shown at abc-worldwide.com/exhibitor.

Where can I see the rates?

Current rates and promotions for every stand type are published at abc-worldwide.com/exhibitor.

Can I choose my location on the floor?

Send your preferred travel world and neighbours with your booking. Placement follows the floor plan of each edition, and early bookings have the widest choice.

Is co-exhibiting possible?

Yes. Destinations, tourism boards and groups regularly bring partners onto a shared pavilion. Name your co-exhibitors in the request form so each one appears in the exhibitor list.

Stand construction & approval

Which stand designs need approval?

Custom-built stands, islands, pavilions, two-storey structures, suspended elements and large LED walls are submitted as drawings for approval before the show. Standard booths and showcase tables are ready-made and already approved.

Where do I send my stand drawings?

Send plans with dimensions and materials through the request form or by email to our team. You receive written approval or comments from the organiser and the venue.

Can I bring my own stand builder?

Yes. Register your stand builder with our team so they receive the technical guidelines and assembly access for the edition.

Assembly & disassembly

When can I set up my stand?

Set-up takes place before the Thursday opening. The exact assembly and disassembly times depend on the venue and are sent to every confirmed exhibitor of that edition.

When does the show open each day?

Opening hours are listed per edition on the calendar. Exhibitors have access ahead of the daily opening to prepare their stands.

When do I dismantle?

Disassembly starts after the show closes on Sunday. Stands stay complete and staffed until closing time, so Sunday visitors see the full show.

Arrival, parking & logistics

How do I ship exhibition goods?

Shipping address, delivery windows and the recommended freight partner are provided per edition after booking. Label every piece with the show name, your company name and your stand number.

Is there parking and unloading at the venue?

Unloading access and parking depend on each venue and are described in the exhibitor information for your edition.

Which travel documents do I need?

Exhibitors arrange their own travel documents and visas. Our team issues a confirmation of participation on request through the request form.

Services

Which services can I order for my stand?

Furniture, electricity, internet, screens, graphics, cleaning and catering are ordered per edition. Request the services you need through the request form and you receive the options for your venue.

Can you help with hotels for my team?

Yes. Ask for the partner hotel offer of your edition through the request form.

Are hosts, interpreters or stand staff available?

Yes, on request. Tell us the languages and days you need.
