In the event of a postponement, tickets remain valid and transfer automatically to the new event date with the same benefits and access rights.
As the event is postponed rather than cancelled, the existing ticket stays valid for the rescheduled event in place of a refund.
A ticket holder who is prevented from attending may request a transfer to another person, or contact the event management team about cancellation options. Such requests are accepted up to 2 days before the event date.
Ticket sales close 2 days before the event. From that point, entry runs on tickets already purchased online, as all ticket sales and changes are handled online only.
