Booking Policy. The purchase of a visitor ticket or an exhibitor booth booking constitutes a binding registration. Cancellations are not permitted. The event is subject to postponement only, not cancellation. In the event of a postponement, all tickets and exhibitor booth bookings remain fully valid and automatically transfer to the new date and venue. Ticket owners and exhibitors may also postpone their participation up to 7 days before the event starts, with bookings remaining valid for a rescheduled date as agreed on both sides. Dates and host cities are subject to change.
