Booking policy
Before you book
The purchase of a visitor ticket or exhibitor space constitutes a binding registration.
All registrations are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If the event is postponed, valid tickets and exhibitor bookings transfer automatically to the rescheduled dates, keeping their original benefits.
The organizer may update the programme, speakers, exhibitors, experiences or schedule when necessary.
