Eligible public tickets from $59 include three book tokens. One token is one participating book — choose your three from the participating Book Fair collection and discover authors you did not already know.

On the programme
Participating authors take the stage throughout the fair.
Books get more interesting when you meet the person behind them. Ask questions, discuss the work, hear the story behind it.
Select or purchase participating books and meet authors at scheduled signing sessions. Schedules vary by event and author availability.
Authors and publishers introduce new books, new editions, international editions, translations and new series.
Thursday's professional programme covers publishing, international distribution, translation, copyright, rights, licensing, audiobooks, digital publishing, AI and publishing, book marketing and independent publishing.
Selected author talks, readings and interviews may also run online or hybrid, so authors and audiences worldwide can take part in parts of the programme.

Authors can join the reading programme; publishers, booksellers and services can exhibit across all four days.
Readings, talks, signings and meet-the-author sessions. Apex authors from $490 per year receive complimentary 15-minute readings at participating editions, subject to programme availability.
A 6 ft branded showcase table, book display and sales, brand signage, 2 VIP Multipasses, exhibitor directory listing, networking, and a 15-minute presentation each day.
Complimentary author readings are stage and programme participation only. They do not include an exhibition table, book sales, travel or accommodation.

The fair travels with VIVAVITA Future Human as part of the Apex global expo circuit — the same four-day format staged city by city, each edition tailored to its region.
